With the improvement of weaving adaptability and stable product quality, it has been able to meet the needs of domestic textile enterprises in weaving different fabrics. The main gap with foreign models lies in the speed and width of looms. At present, the speed of foreign looms is 750-1000 r/min, the speed of domestic air-jet looms is 600-800 r/min, and the width is only 360 cm at present. In addition, there is still a certain gap in the aspect of human-machine intelligence. The keyboard display is not as informative as that of foreign similar products. However, compared with imported looms, domestic air-jet looms do not lag far behind in fabric adaptability, weaving process adaptability and loom maintenance and operation. Domestic air-jet looms can fully meet the needs of users in weaving high-quality fabrics.

In recent years, shuttleless looms have developed vigorously both at home and abroad, and air-jet looms are a kind of shuttleless looms with rapid development. Competitiveness and broad market prospects, according to statistics, there are more than one million looms in China, the proportion of shuttleless looms is still very low, and most of them are imported looms, which is far from the 80% ownership of shuttleless looms in advanced countries in the world. The technical transformation of China's textile industry has formed the trend of replacing shuttle looms with shuttle looms. In 2005, the import of air-jet looms in domestic textile enterprises accounted for about 50% of the total import of shuttle-less looms. It can be seen that the textile industry is in urgent need of air-jet looms, and the market potential of air-jet looms is huge.
